Its 22,000 SQ FT state of the art call center is located in Amherst, New York near the University of Buffalo Campus. Its proximity to University of Buffalo provides Redline Recovery Services with an educated and motivated part-time work force to enhance our prime-time calling strategies. The center currently employs over 250 agents, managers and support staff. It is powered by the LoneStar WinDebt XL® collection platform and a Stratasoft predictive dialer.
