- Administration of the candidate process for all open agent positions including but not limited to: greeting of applicants, reviewing applications, input of data into the HRIS system, administering testing materials, conducting interviews and placement.
- Responsible for meeting weekly/monthly hiring goals
- Maintain spreadsheets for the hiring headcount as well as all weekly/monthly recruiting reports
- Coordinate external job fairs, job service, internal open houses, advertising relationships and all other recruiting functions
- Maintain weekly and monthly staffing schedule to ensure internal and external candidates are interviewed for open positions promptly to meet hiring goals
- Coordinate and maintain functional relationships with local job service and community service employment agencies
- Special projects as requested by management

Collection Specialist
Our collection specialists must be able to:
- Handle inbound and outbound collection calls in a professional manner
- Review credit and other available consumer information to evaluate ways to collect delinquent amounts
- Evaluate payment methods and plans that best serve the consumer, our clients and our organization
- Adhere to all corporate and client policies and procedures as well as all State and Federal regulations pertaining to our business
- Must be excited to work in a team environment while maintaining individual goals

Collection Manager
Collection Managers must posses at least one (1) year supervisory experience in a call center environment with a proven track record. Their duties include:
- Must have the ability to lead a team of colelction professionals
- Must have the ability to interpret and analyze collection production data.
- Knowledge of FDCPA and State Laws as they apply to debt recovery,
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills,
- Working knowledge of MS Excel.

Manager in Training
Our Manager in Training must have a minimum of six (6) months of collection experience. Some of their duties include:
- They must have the desire to learn, teach and lead a team of collection professionals
- The ability to interpret and analyze collection production data
- Knowledge of FDCPA and State Laws as they apply to debt recovery
- Have excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Working knowledge of MS Excel
