Redline Recovery Services, LLC Buffalo, New York is the founding site for the
Redline organization. It's 22,000 SQ FT of the state of the art call center is located
in Amherst, New York next to the University of Buffalo Campus. It's proximity to
University of Buffalo provides Redline Recovery Services with an educated and
motivated part-time work force to enhance our prime-time calling strategies.
The center currently employs over 200 agents, managers and support staff.
It is powered by the LoneStar WinDebt collection platform and a Stratasoft predictive dialer.
