Michael Fletcher is the CEO of ULQ. He was the founder and CEO of NAFS. Two years after the sale of NAFS to SITEL Corporation in 1996, Fletcher took a less active role in NAFS’ activity and served as an advisor to the company through the first half of 2002. From 1992 until 1994, Fletcher was COO of INTEGRATEC and President of its subsidiaries (Equifax acquired INTEGRATEC in 1992.) At INTEGRATEC Fletcher and his team pioneered pre-chargeoff collections. From 1981 to 1991 Fletcher was President of Debt Collectors, Inc. a large national agency (DCI was acquired by INTEGRATEC in 1988.) Fletcher is the principle investor in ULQ, LLC and it's subsidiaries.

Howard Gibbs is the CFO of ULQ. Prior to joining, he was the CFO of NAFS. In that role, he was responsible for financial and accounting duties before and after the sale to SITEL. He raised the outside capital and handled the sale transaction. Prior to NAFS, Gibbs was a partner with Ambassador Capital, an investment banking firm specializing in raising capital for early stage companies. He raised millions of dollars for nine early stage companies over a three-year period. Prior to Ambassador, Gibbs was Vice President of Finance of Integratec. Gibbs was involved in the acquisition of DCI for Integratec in 1988, which was where Fletcher and Gibbs first met. Prior to Integratec, Gibbs was a senior manager with Deloitte and Touche.

Larry Burke is an EVP of ULQ. Burke was one of only five Senior Vice presidents of Discover Card. His responsibilities included collections, recovery, outsourcing, fraud (both prevention and investigations), physical security and information protection. Burke had over 5,000 employees under his leadership. He had previous assignments as Vice President of Sales, and Servicing with NOVUS Financial. He maintained a proprietary relationship with Allstate, Morgan Stanley, and Discover Card.

Joe Moran is President of Redline Recovery Services – New York which is ULQ’s first operating location. Joe comes to the company with over 20 years of experience having served in senior roles at GC Services, NAFS, and Intellirisk. He has managed call center operations with direct responsibility for over 300 FTE and 26 million dollars in annual revenue.

John Powers is President of Redline Recovery Services – Houston. Powers comes to Redline with over 20 years of collection agency experience. Most recently, Powers served as operations manager of a Houston call center for Risk Management Alternatives, Inc.

Gregory Paulo is President of ULQ. Paulo served as Senior Vice President of Sales for Risk Management Alternative, Inc. He managed the sales team and key client relationships for this $300M company.  Prior to RMA, Paulo was Vice President of sales at Equifax Risk Management Services, a former division of Equifax, prior to its acquisition by RMA. Paulo also served as the Vice President of sales at Innovis, a First Data Company.  His work experience included working 10 years for Trans Union in various operations and sales management positions.
